Independent Thai anti-corruption agency withholding evidence?

‎Lawyers for caretaker Prime Minister Ms. Yingluck Shinawatra on Tuesday asked the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) to provide them with more documents relating to its rice-pledging scheme probe, arguing that some of the evidence is being withheld.
