Narathiwat is a province in the “Deep South” along with Yala and Pattani. The people of the south have seen violence caused by insurrection. Terrorists have increased their daily activities ever since PDRC laid siege to Thailand capital city.
The heightened killings of innocent people have led to the conclusion that politicians from the Democrat Party have lost their influence in the Deep South. Over 5000 have lost their lives in the decade-old insurrection.
