Bangkok Floods and Politicians

For the past four+ years, Bangkok has been under the intense direction of politicians who do not care much about the floods or the displacement of the poor because of the yearly natural disasters.

2. Bangkok’s governor must take responsibility for the floods in the city. There is no confidence among many urbanites that the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration can manage the flood for this year. It is sad because of the substantial budget allocated by Yingluck. But BMA and the politicians do not want to fork out their own resources to save their own city.
